Yellow is an inspiring colour. When you see yellow what do you feel? Bright, cheerful, sunny? These are all things that East Cheshire Hospice aims to be for our patients and families. Here at the hospice we try our very best to make each and every day as bright and cheery as possible. We would like to spread this cheer around the whole of East Cheshire this summer with your help.
Yellow Day is all about having fun and bringing brightness and positivity to your school or workplace for the day. All you need to do is incorporate yellow into your day however suits you best. You might decide to start off small wearing yellow socks or maybe even hold a lemon sucking competition! All we ask is that each person taking part donates £1 to hold a yellow themed day.
We are also encouraging people who take part in Yellow Day to take time to think about Hospice care. If you would like to request a visit from one of our fantastic Hospice Ambassadors to talk about the work we do here then please just let us know. Alternatively, if you would like our mascot Sunny the dog to pop along to spread some yellow cheer, just ask.
If you would like to take part in Yellow Day simply register online at www.eastcheshirehospice.org.uk/yellowday or call us on 01625 433477 and your pack containing Yellow Day posters will be spreading its sunshine with you as soon as possible.
